Memphis Tigers

Here it is, the last bunch of the night:

Memphis/Texas Arlington, Louisville/Boise State (Statue of Liberty?), Arkansas/Indiana, Villanova/Clemson.

You know we’ll be here.

Apparently, I’m drafting in the BLB fantasy draft tonight. One more task to add to the multi list. I’ll probably try and draft Stephen Curry.

8:55 - Tap, tap, tap. UofL/Boise State and IU/Arkansas just isn’t doing it for me… Not sure why. I mean, there’s a connection with Pitino and Pelphrey at least for me, but still. Nothing. I’ve always respected the Hoosiers too, but I just an’t get up for either of these games. I doubt Villanova/Clemson is going to help.

Memphis will roll, so there isn’t much fun in that.

Oh well, for what it’s worth, it looks like Arkansas/IU is going to be a good game.

9:00 - Your mom’s a nag screen, CBS.

9:10 - You know, for some reason, I want to see Memphis run rip-sh*t over UT-Arlington. If IU loses, should Dakich even bother going back to Bloomington?

9:15 - Louisville is much more imposing than Boise State, of course, we all know how much Pitino loves big men. I mean, I guess they exist to him, but much more so if they can shoot the 3… Unless they go to a T-Will/Sosa-shoot-from-the-half-court-line offense, the Cards should roll.

9:17 - My MLB Draft is about to start. I don’t think people were meant to multi-task like this. Stephen Curry, you’re mine.

9:21 - The Razorbacks are here… if they continue to shoot well. Jump-shooting teams are hard to bet on.

9:56 - Whoops. Drafting. Sorry `bout that. FWIW, IU/Arkansas will probably be the only game worth watching.

10:52 - Draft over… Well, I hope depth isn’t too important in baseball. In slightly brighter news, Ryan Howard and Vlad Guerrero were my first picks…

OK, so catching up. Um, PIG SOOIIIII. I think the Razorbacks are going to give North Carolina all they can handle. And hey, where the hell did Villanova come from? Is that real? Weren’t they an NIT team?

11:00 - Sonny Weems, folks. Sonny Weems. His 31 points join Stephen Curry and Tyrone Brazelton for best performances of the day.

Sonny Weems

11:20 - Clemson didn’t want to win. Nova did. Good night.

Until tomorrow.

Ballhype: hype it up! Stumble it!
