I screwed that up thinking the Bob Stoops years were the same as Mack Brown's years, forgetting about 1999 and 1998. However, I'm not sure when the fourth win was because according to Wikipedia, Brown's been there since 98 and has five wins against the Sooners, two of those with Young as his QB.
