Brad Lidge

Brad Lidge reached into his soul and crushed a past that has haunted him since Albert Pujols knocked one of his pitching offerings into orbit in 2005. The closer everyone thought was broken found his salvation in Philadelphia along with his redemption. Lidge’s work in the ninth allowed him to finish the season a perfect 48-for-48 in save opportunities. Here is the final out from Game 5 and all the start of the celebrations that went along with it — although, the video probably won’t be up for very long.
