Is adidas Trying To Piss The Celitcs Off?

Green Lakers Shirt

If adidas is trying to alienate Celtics fans, the above effort just might work. Lest we forget, Kevin “Face of the Celtics” Garnett is probably adidas’ most recognizable athlete–you know, the guy who gives free shout-outs for your company after he wins an NBA Championship? I’m curious how a green, St. Patrick’s Day Lakers shirt is going to sit with KG.

Especially one that has a shamrock on the sleeve. What’s next? Will Nike release a purple and gold Celtics shirt? How about a Denver Nuggets shirt done in Detroit colors, courtesy of Reebok?

As a Laker fan, I am horrified by this shirt. Green and white are the colors of the losers and drunks found in Boston.

    Shamrocks are indeed a sham.

KEEP THE SACRED LAKER LOGO FREE OF KEL-TIK COLORS!!!

It doesn’t make much sense, even for a St Patrick’s Day celebration.
