After allowing the DEEEEEEE-TROIT (a little Mason goes a long way) Pistons to hang 136 points on them, George Karl offered this nugget of wisdom:
“We have a defensive personality that is a little scary right now — we’re giving up a lot of points to everyone…”
Even when the Nuggets put on ridiculous scoring displays, they still aren’t playing defense worth a lick… not a good sign with the NBA Playoffs coming up.
Provided they make it that far.
As for Denver’s woes against the Pistons, maybe Karl can blame that Rip Hamiltion guy.
