Just curious, why isn’t Bayless in the “Dunk the Vote” competition? If Joe Alexander, Russell Westbrook and Rudy Fernandez (all rookies) are in, why isn’t Bayless, who is also a first-year NBAer? Anyway, back to the nastiness: Bayless just absolutely destroys the Nets with the above two-handed baseline jam that sent the entire Nets organization reeling–as you can tell, I’m a fan of hyperbole.

Nevertheless, if Bayless isn’t invited to the Slam Dunk Contest festivities next year, something’s wrong. Bad wrong.
