Phoenix Suns G/F Grant Hill is expected to miss a couple of weeks after undergoing a successful appendectomy yesterday. However, because of Hill’s history of injuries, his procedure is being used as an opportunity to point out he’s still injury-prone.

Um, I’m not sure about you, but I don’t think I’d categorize a situation that requires your appendix to be removed as an injury… an illness perhaps, but it’s not like Hill tore his appendix up going up for a dunk and landing incorrectly. But I guess that’s just me. Although, I guess Hill’s appendix could’ve gotten hurt when Trevor Ariza dunked all over him during the Christmas Day Suns/Lakers match-up.

Ballhype: hype it up! Stumble it!
