Seagate is Disappointed in Dallas

Data storage king Seagate, a company based in California, apparently has some passionate Dallas Mavericks fans. Thanks to a post in The Consumerist, we now know at least one Seagate employee wasn’t too happy with they way the Mavs went down to the Hornets.

Or maybe the creative labeler didn’t like Top Gun very much and added the “S” because he/she was in a hurry. Or maybe the labeler was a previous Mark Cuban lackey and decided to take his Blog Maverick frustrations out with Seagate’s labeling gun. Whatever the case, the message is clear, especially if you don’t like the Dallas Mavericks — or were utterly disappointed in their playoff performance.
Hell, maybe Cuban did that himself. It’s not like Seagate would turn down his money if he wanted to invest and that would give him the necessary access to spread his propaganda.
H/T to Jason Lee Miller for the heads-up.
