The only thing missing is the mind set a successfull quarterback. Now that he is sitting on the bench, i think he will be rookie year Vince that we all know and love. kerry Colins is good, but old. He doesn't have a chance to be a franchise player, and you better believe if Vince sinks, they will be looking for someone new. He's got so much talent it would be a shame and a waste to give it all up. Hopefully he is man enough to sit back and LEARN to be a more effective player and leader. He should watch replays of the Rose Bowl vs. USC. Haven't seen a more poised and cofident player like he was that night in quite some time.
