If you’re new here, you may want to subscribe to our RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! This is what you get when you get on the mic and spit crab rhymes about ex-teammates; rhymes that were expletive-laced and, quite frankly, reeked of jealousy: you get your badge revoked. Just ask Shaquille O’Neal.

By now, you’ve probably seen the Shaq-Dissing-Kobe video, courtesy of TMZ. In it, O’Neal revitalizes a feud by issuing a lyrical assault towards the league MVP. Included in Shaq’s lyrical virtuoso are gems like, “tell me how my ass tastes” and “I’m a horse. Kobe ratted me out. That’s why I’m getting divorced. [...]

A week or so ago, it was widely reported that Doug Collins would assume the head coaching position for the Chicago Bulls after the Western Conference Finals were complete. Not so fast, my friends. The Collins/Bulls reunion is not to be and because of that, we have an even more surprising hire to [...]

Grant Hill’s inaugural season in Phoenix would have to be considered a success. He’s averaging 13 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists on a team that doesn’t require him to be a take-over-the-game star. And he’s flourished in this roll. After having his ankle reconstructed — complete with a staph infection that [...]

But, you can’t really blame that on the Shaq-fu. Instead, blame Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom (and the Phoenix defense). The Lakers trio combined for 92 points while the Suns defense played like an absolute sieve. I’m not sure what Shaq could’ve done to stop the Lakers’ perimeter players, but he [...]

The NBA’s top point guard (not named Chris Paul, Deron Williams, or Jason Kidd) is looking kind of gaunt lately. I saw his interview last night on ESPN and he a little compare/contrast exercise came to mind. Observe:
and
Maybe it’s just me OR maybe it explains why Nash is so good… You know, like [...]

From Dan Le Batard’s perspective, Shaq’s potential trade to Phoenix (still waiting on the physical) makes sense for all parties. In fact, the Miami Sound Machine feels the move could rejuvenate Shaq’s offensive attack:
O’Neal either wasn’t quick or healthy enough to get away from the double-teams here anymore. That won’t be a problem the [...]

Barring a failed physical, the Phoenix Suns and the Miami Heat are about to consummate a trade that would send Shaquille O’Neal to Phoenix for Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks. Apparently, all three parties wanted out of their current situations and from that standpoint, the trade makes some sense, but that’s the only instance.
Yes, [...]

While we aren’t all over professional tennis like some of the others, when Rafael Nadal gets dusted out of the Australian Open semi-finals in dominating straight-set fashion, it’s hard not to notice. And with a 6-2, 6-3, 6-2 victory, that’s exactly what Jo-Wilfried Tsonga did.
Before the match began, Tsonga was already receiving accolades [...]

There really wasn’t any upsets of note last night, unless you consider the Clippers beating the Suns in Los Angeles last night by the score of 97-90. The most surprising aspect of the game was the Suns being held to 90 points, which is like 150 below their average.
Are the Suns coming back to [...]
