The Upskirt Photographer is Back (Wimbledon)

OK, remember the Japanese photographer that got in trouble for taking upskirt shots of Maria Sharapova? Apparently, he, or the folks he worked for, an advertising agency called Dentsu Holdings, have a new target for their upskirt lust: Elena Dementieva. Yes, we are fans of Elena, so we find these pictures partially agreeable and partially bad taste — or, was it just a lucky snap of the shutter.
Yes, I’m willing to entertain that last option, but man, the quality of these pictures make it a hard stance to defend — especially these:

Those two pictures were not accidental. There’s just no way. The question is, was the Wimbledon photographer trying to titillate or was he simply showing the efforts these players go through to rejuvenate themselves during the changeover? My “there’s no way people are this blatant” side is going with the rejuvenation; although, my jocular side — combined with Elena’s striking beauty — make me believe otherwise.
Whatever the case, nice job with the photos. Now I’ll probably feel guilty for enjoying the exploitation, intentional or otherwise, but then again, I did say we’re fans of Elena, so I’m left with an internal struggle. What’s your call? Gratuity or coincidence?

The “cat” apparently likes to be nice and cool as well.

Everything I started to say in response to that.. well.. Needless to say, it was not appropriate for some audience members.
